Initially the hotel did not seem too bad and I was given a spacious room above the carpark and main hotel entrance.

Putian is a growth city and so quality accommodation is limited.
I hate to do negative reviews in other countries especially if they are the result of cultural differences (yes china has hard beds and yes people smoke in all rooms, just get over it) I am far from winging tourist and it’s not as if I pretend to be...
