We arrived by taxi and met by Christos at reception who showed us to our room. In keeping with typical Greek it was very basic but very clean and bed linen and towels changed frequently. The food is very very basic .. Cereal ham cheese bread yoghurt honey for breakfast The lunch and dinners were always very basic and Greek... More

If you want tea or coffee at 10a.m. then expect to pay for it! Breakfast is continental style don't expect a fry up, bread, cake and Greek yoghurt is all you will get. Lunch and dinner is a selection of fish, meat, pasta or rice, soup, potatoes and some over cooked vegetables, don't expect to be able to find something... More

This family run hotel is certainly just that. Although we found the rooms and the hotel in general quite comfortable and had no complaints. The food although very well prepared was very repetative. Same thing day in and day out. The all inclusive bar served only beer, ouzo and wine. If you wanted anything else it had to be paid... More

When we first arrived we were a bit disappointed with the room. But after speaking to viki the owner we were moved. The rooms are basic and the standard of cleanliness could be better. We had clean towels most days and the sheets were changed maybe 3 times week. As everyone has said, breakfast is quite basic and after a... More

dont go all inclusive because the drinks and food are very limited and basic, beds got changed once, noisy till late, bar shut at 10:30pm mainly the owner joined in with young women laughing and taking pictures at one the guest over his hair style, as he was old. Absolute disgrace, dont go, everyone wanted to go within the first... More

The owners and staff were great, everything clean and tidy. Lunch and dinner were mostly good, but it gets boring having bread, cheese, ham and cereal every single morning! Also, beer, wine or ouzo gets boring after awhile and you will want to buy other drinks. Also, the hotel is situated by a salt lake and was mosquito heaven! I... More

General comments. The surroundings are very pleasant with nice buildings but outdated in terms of decor. The food and drink was really a disaster, really a budget variant is not what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. An old lady sits and controls which drink you take, and even pasting again taps and put the tablecloths on the machine... More

We arrived to a very warm welcome at the summer village by the owner Christos. We were late and able to get some food. The choices were very very minimal. We expected this as late and wanted to hold judgement till the morning. Rooms were clean and even a visitor(frog) to greet us. Breakfast was bread, honey, two awful cereals... More

My wife and I are just back from a week at the Summer Village Hotel. We were looking for a quiet AI week in the sun, and on reading positive reports on here booked up. Firstly, the positives; The main positive is the good sized pool which was always clean, and was a nice place to laze about. The restaurant... More

Our mixed family group of 6 (25-55yrs) have recently returned from a 7 night stay at the Summer Village. 6th -13th September. Firstly, i think It's worth noting that many negative Summer Village reviews (that we read on here at least) focused largely around travelers being misinformed by their tour operators, the presence of mosquitoes or the quiet rural setting...
