A lovely house, well appointed rooms and very welcoming hosts. We just had one night stay but were well impressed - the breakfast was also of a very good standard - good quality cereals with fresh fruit, followed by either cooked breakfast or salmon and scrambled eggs - hard to beat! Very clean room with everything you could want. Jim and Ann were very kind and couldn't do enough for us. They booked us in for dinner at the Tuck Inn where we had a homely good value meal. Ann's smoked salmon and scrambled egg breakfast is to die for! More

We spent a holiday weekend at Kinnaber, using it as a base to explore Angus. Location-wise it is perfect, a short drive from Montrose and the coast. The breakfast was great, and our hosts very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we're in the area. More
