A beautiful evening walk, drinks before a roaring log fire in a most attractive sitting room, then a wonderful four course candlelit dinner. Quirky triangular windows and flagstone floor remind us that the dining room was once a barn. Very comfortable bed and delicious cooked breakfast served at a lazy 9am at our request! We stayed for a long weekend & had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent. The service provided by Robert was discrete & attentive. The room was immaculate & the bathroom awesome. A problem with hot water was dealt with immediately. Our room had a flagstone floor with rugs, I would recommend slippers. More

Set in the most picturesque countryside. We stayed overnight as a group of 15 and have never been made to feel more welcome, our room was immaculate and packed with character.
