1. Trail Head

The trailhead for this hike is the "Waterton Canyon Recreational Area" Which is the official start of the Colorado Trail.

Follow Wadsworth Blvd (Highway 121) south of C470 past Chatfield Reservoir to the Kassler Center, where you will find public parking

2. Leave Road For Trail

A little more than a mile in you should see some large pipes running over the road. Cross under the pipes on the right hand side of the road.
