Dublin seen by some germans

My god, this is a must. Nice people there, good coffee - and lots of really great paintings hanging on the wall. Admission free...

Next highlight, only a few metres away... great architecture, wonderful exhibitions to be seen, at the time of our last visit on writer WB Yeats

Come inside and be thrown back in time! First you'll be briefed by someone, clothed as a man from the street, but speaking like of georgian times, I don't know. You smell the books, you feel the time standing still - very unlike the even though nice Trinity College Library (just compare, it's worth there too). Here you have the full experience. You walk almost freely through the rooms - thinking that maybe some of the very late writers of Dublin will come along for some talk to the ladies working there... stunning and you will see: you will feel like "being there" - back in time.

This church is just a few minutes away from the high streets and/or Temple Bar. Other churches are nearby too, like the Christ Church (not worth 5 EUR fee). Here you can have your thrills really - mummies 400 - 800 years old will leave their traces on your mind. Very well guided, only a few tourists usually. Money well spent!

There are two M&S in Dublin. The best is located 15 - 20 Grafton St .We like it because of the very surprising architecture inside and the fine cafe, anything by reasonable prices. Sometimes you can have a jacket by 3 EUR (great offer, only once experienced). Have a look at the price tag, if none occurs - just ask, these are the items you have to look for.

Dunnes stores are one of our main interest in Dublin, so much to mention.
Unlike M&S, you find more basic needs fulfilled. Even though
shopping in Dublin is worth anywhere, here you find what we think is
really needful, not to forget the off-licence shops.

Were have the good times gone? Unlike in the 70's, the clothes are nice, but
not the same. Visit Laura Ashley Grafton St for furniture and home stuff.

After all the crowded and stuffed shops, here you have air to breath. And: High fashionable clothing at reasonable prices.

Take a rest: Here you can ease your mind. Very easy to get there by Dart. Have lunch at Beshoff's (located nearby Dart Station, entrance of port), if you like fish...... and so much more
