Weekend in New Orleans (post Katrina)

We had 3 ladies with us and booked our appts about a month before our trip. We all had a massage and a facial and all were awesome. Spa is upstairs and cool retail store downstairs with very unique items. Only complaint was that they placed every item suggested during our facials at the check out desk, very pushy, but no prob, simply said I didn't need any items today (great if you want suggestions for new facial care, though!)

Hole-in-the-wall, down home creole cookin'. Right near W hotel on Poydras. Cafeteria style...best jambalaya & poboys!!! Also, great Southern breakfast with chicory coffee yummy!

Very nice place for a special dinner (lighted courtyard dining)...awesome food. Also, very fun jazz brunch!

One of the best muffalettas in New Orleans...huge...share with a friend or take half back to the hotel! Great seafood platter, too. Super value if ur on a budget, a place in New Orleans where food is very reasonably priced.

Great festival on the river...live music, great food, liquor galore, people-watching. Held in April every year

No trip to New Orleans would be complete w/o a visit to Pat O's!!! Centrally located on Bourbon in the French Quarter...get a Hurricane!! Always have a blast here!
