Great communication! Helped secure driver from the airport.

Excellent communication! Helped secure lodging for third night they could not accommodate.

Apartment was promised to us, after verifying dates and they said they would send a contract, then rented to another party because they were taking more nights. Did not indicate there was a chance of us not having those dates and I confirmed dates twice and they rented it right out from under us. I had spend several hours planning our itinerary around this location and was very disappointed that they did not communicate better with us. There were several delays in their communications and they offered no help in securing any other lodging.

Took my deposit after deceiving me about location. Told me google maps were probably wrong when I tried to cancel and delayed sending a map with location while Paypal was processing the funds. I immediately canceled again, upon finding out location was the same as what google had showed me and they would not refund my deposit. They had asked me not to go through Paypal and I finally had to in order to recover some of the deposit. Very difficult to deal with, dishonest, untrustworthy and bad communication. Told me not close to train station and then it turned out to be only 3 blocks away! Sleezy, sleezy operation!
