Good, but, not so quiet. The hotel has a good view of the lago Titikaka!!! It's a new hotel. It is a little far from the downtown, but is comfortable. Good staff.

フロントの中年女性、嘘つきです。チェックイン時に、なるべく上層階を希望したが、満室と言われ２階へ案内された。仕方がないので、スイートは空いていないか確認したところ、満室なので空いていないとの回答。その日の夜、３階、４階のほとんどの部屋の電気はつかなかったし、次の日の朝、ほとんどの部屋のカーテンは開かなかった。次の日の朝、前の日に居たフロントの中年女性が居なかったので、「昨日の夜はスイートは空いていなかったの？」と聞いたところ、空いていたとのことだった。やっぱり・・・。彼女は、ただの意地悪で、旅人に嘘をついて、良い部屋に通すことを拒否します。部屋には、スイートも含め全室テレビがありませんし、古いです。眺めが良い部屋は限られています。建物がコの字型に建っているので、湖畔に建っていながら、部屋からの見事な景観を期待するのは難しいでしょう。プーノの町中から２０キロ。場所は悪く、眺めも悪い。部屋は古く、テレビもない。そしてあなたが、もしチェックイン時、問題の中年女性に当たった時、最悪の部屋を振り当てられる可能性が高いです。わざわざ遠くまで行く価値のないホテルです。プーノからこのホテルに行く途中、ホセアントニオというホテルがありますが、ここなら間違いなく本物のレイクビューが楽しめると思います。建物も大きく新しかったので、こちらの方が圧倒的にお勧めです。
