We went sledding here when I was young. The ampitheater design remains and I know there are live performance outdoors in the summer. It's a well-groomed park in the middle of the dense city.

This winery was started by a retired Naval Officer. She is a remarkable person with a vision of giving back to her hometown. I only know this as she took the time to visit with me (a Chicagoan) CLE's manager and bartender and young and engaging. They treat everyone like regulars. The music was terrific, the atmosphere unique, and the wine is quite tasty! The wine is made on site. They also have beer and cocktails for you non wine drinkers. This is a Cleveland gem and you should make the time to go visit.

Our first visit in many years. Great local theater in Cleveland Heights. Very strong actors and a compelling story. Definitely worth a visit if you are a theater fan. Give it a try.

I've always admired this classy old fashioned building from the 1920s. Just splendid architecture along the busy road.

I have been getting my hair cut at Quintana's for several years and always wanted to visit the Speakeasy. I had tried a few times but it was already full.
Went with my wife on a weeknight (I had gotten my haircut earlier in the day!) and absolutely loved the cocktails and the vibe. Really friendly and laid back with great people watching and a sense that you were doing something secretive. I would definitely come back for drinks.

We went to see the documentary shorts at the Cedar-Lee cinema. I liked three of the five entrants. Cedar-Lee is a more or less typical independent movie house,t he kind of place where you’ll find indie, international and fine art films. They’ve seen better times, and now, it seems, they might see them again. It appeared that they’re in the process of replacing the massively uncomfortable seats with more modern and spacious ones. If you go during the construction, be sure to look for the seats that have already been upgraded.

With an overwhelming selection. We popped in while waiting for our Uber and grabbed a 2 for $25 deal. Nice.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the Grog Shop. It brought me back to my old clubbing days. It is spacious but small. It was a great place to see Big Freedia. I had a blast!

I love book store! Just the place to escape if you need a book and some down time.... although it's a great "pick-me-up" if you're a book lover. They frequently have authors speak and I was able to attend one such event. I found cards, gift books, gifts, and a GREAT YA section! One of my happy places in Cleveland now . . . and less than 2 miles from Cleveland Clinic.
