Their building is at the East end of the airport (same entry on the Harbor/Petoskey Road) ... pretty easy to find. We signed up via telephone. You can get a discount if your signup on-line but internet at the cottage was down & it was just easier to call. We arrived early as requested (to sign the paperwork and pay). They try to up-sell, which is fine ... extra for video and ground shots.
