While staying outside of Yellowstone, we heard about this place and decided to check it out. Glad we did! The place is full of fun little details and the attendant had some fun stories.

I wouldn’t drive hours just to see this cabin, but if you are in the vicinity when it’s open… A nice way to spend half an hour or so.

We spent 5 days at Harriman for our family reunion. It was AMAZING. We had babies, kids, teens, adults, and elderly.

However, prior to booking it was nearly impossible to get details about the facility except for some notes found on this site, so that's the purpose of this review! We stayed in the "dormitory" which comes with use of the dining hall.

The dorm sleeps 30 something. It was fine. It was clean and the "cubicles" work well for privacy and air flow. It's noisy, but didn't expect otherwise. The bathrooms are modern and clean. There are 1 or 2 "double rooms" with 2 bunks instead of one. The beds are twins; bring your own bedding and towels.

The dining hall has picnic style benches but sturdier. Bring camp chairs if you have older folks that can't be "backless" for a long period. The tables are 2 tables together making a LONG table on each side of the aisle. See the picture. You can sit 10 at each half-row very comfortably. The dining hall is well ventilated. There are plenty of dishes, cups and flatware for 38 people. I don't remember about glasses; we brought paper cups.

The commercial kitchen has a professional grill, large 4-burner stove, 4 HUGE sinks and one small sink. There are pots, pans, knives and a 40 cup coffee maker. There is also a "Bunn" style coffee maker that makes a pot at a time (didn't use it but think it works fine.) There are 2 insulated coffee "pump" thermoses and 1 for hot water. There are TONS of salt and pepper shakers. If you want "fancy" serving dishes, bring them. We mostly served from pots and pans.

There is a large commercial fridge and a small chest style freezer. We had plenty of cold storage for a week's groceries for 20. There is no dishwasher so we brought paperware rather than wash all those dishes. There are no table clothes but the tables are in great shape so we didn't care. There is a pass through serving window to the kitchen and a long counter in the dining hall that can be used for serving. Counter space is limited; next time I would put a small folding table in the kitchen for prep.

There was a group next door in Scoville and families in the houses. We rarely saw them and never heard them. It is a naturally sound absorbing place and so lovely.

We hiked, rode horses and mostly just relaxed. The dining hall is great for playing games, crafts, etc. There are two (flush) restrooms in the dining hall.

Groups provide the cleaning so allow time for it. It takes a WHILE even though our group was tidy just because it's a lot of flooring to sweep/vacuum/mop. A couple of throw rugs to catch dirt at the doors would really help.

There is blind missing from the HUGE back window so the place got VERY warm in the afternoon, but that's a small issue. We would definitely book there again, but I'd bring an egg crate for that very firm twin bed! Mosquitos -- oh my. Only at night but lordy, bring the bug spray. Few flies, if any.

The dining hall has a covered back porch (sunny past noon) and a gas grill. There is a nice, well maintained lawn out back and to the side of the dorm. Plenty of place for the kids to play.
    Overall, it was great

Great scenic spot if you pass, but I wouldn't drive out of the way for this little hop-over. There's a small bridge/boardwalk along the pond to view fish.

My husband and I had a great experience at Eagle Ridge Ranch, we did the 3 hour morning ride and it was so much fun. I have some experience riding so I was worried it would be a little bit boring for me but I had a really good time. We even came back later in the week to bring our kids to the pond. They loved paddling around and catching tons of frogs. We will definitely be back next time we're in Island Park!

Nice clear springs with ducks and some large rainbow trout. Great for kids as you can feed the fish! A nice little stop that I would recommend!

We have been coming to our time share in Island Park for almost 40 years and had not known about Sheep Falls until this year. It is located on Henry’s Fork with the access on the opposite side of the river from Mesa Falls off of Highway 20. The road is gravel and a bit rutted and rough and there is very limited parking. The hike down to the river is almost exactly 1/2 mile, with a vertical drop of about 200’. We saw lots of wild flowers along the trail and there is some shade. You can walk right up to the falls and although not very high it is still spectacular.

Family trip with adult children and spouses looking for something different for an evening. This was a great choice! Ticket prices for dinner and a show were very reasonable. Chicken dinner was more than enough, even had ice cream for dessert. We all enjoyed the show. A lot of spoofs that I even could appreciate. The entire cast did a great job, really enjoyed the show. We will be back when we are in town.

I had a low tire on a car rental. Huge shout out to the kind crew at High mountain Adventures for airing up my tire so I could safely continue my trip.

Bryan was awesome he lead our group of nine up Sawtelle Mountain! Being from Florida I was amazed of the views and our guides knowledge! It was a blast. He showed us some beautiful places and we even got to feed the large trout and ducks at Big Springs and Johnny Sack Cabin. It was a peaceful ending to our adventure! Trust me I drove that UTV like I stole it!!! So much fun!! Christi and Dave who rented us our VRBO Cabin recommended them! Which if you can find their rental do it! We had a view of Sawtelle Mountain from our cabin and the Park Island reservoir, which we loved! It felt like being at home, but with a lot of fun things to do! All of our wish we could give more than five stars!
I really loved this town of Island Park, Id Everyone was so kind!

We had such an amazing time riding. Made some really good memories with our family. My son even said he can’t wait to come back next year and ride “Dozer” the horse. Our guide Sarah, was so awesome and wonderful. She helped answer questions and wanted to make sure everyone was safe and having fun. The owners went over and beyond to make sure we had such a memorable time, which we did. I would recommend this to anyone, what a great time and experience. Thank you
