We are not open to the public, except for two-hour tours, reserved in advance. Tours are held in the afternoon, usually on Saturdays and Wednesdays at 2pm. Email as far in advance as possible to make reservations. Requested minimum donation is $25 per person; children 10 and under are admitted for a minimum donation of $15. We may be able to schedule a tour on a different day, if we know far enough in advance. Guests will be given a guided tour of the 7-acre animal compound by an experienced wildlife professional. An introduction to each species, basic biology, and how the species arrived at our sanctuary will be discussed in detail. Visitors will be allowed a close up view of the exotic animals. Although we do not allow handling of any of the Reserve’s animals, guests will be able to venture closer to adult African lions than they ever imagined. Also on the tour will be our amazing white tigers, Angel, Krishna, Toruk and Chakra, several orange tigers, cougars, servals, lynxes, leopards, hyenas, coati mundis, and a host of wolves ranging in color from black to white. We also have an enormous bird collection, which includes African turacos, conures, macaws, Amazon parrots, and even parakeets, cockatiels, doves, quail and finches. We feed all of the big cats on the tour, and set up a tiger bubblebath for one pair of tigers. Please come visit us for a wonderful wildlife experience! « less

Rockefeller in Standard Oil. In 1888, Flagler built the Hotel Ponce de Leon, his first in a series of luxury resorts along Florida’s east coast. A masterpiece of Spanish Renaissance architecture and the first major poured-in-place concrete building in the United States is now known as Ponce de Leon Hall. This National Historic Landmark serves as the centerpiece for the Flagler College. The grand hotel launched the careers of young architects John Carrere and Thomas Hastings who are noted most for the New York Public Library and the House and Senate Office Buildings adjacent to the Capitol in Washington, D.C.The Edison Electric Company powered the building with steam heat and 4,000 electric lights, making the Ponce one of the nation’s first electrified buildings. Louis Comfort Tiffany is credited with the building’s interior design including the stained glass and mosaics. Murals were completed by George Willoughby Maynard and Virgilio Tojetti. The hotel was gifted to Flagler College when the institution was founded in 1968. Since then, the college has spent more than $43 million dollars restoring the historic campus and adding new buildings. « less

Join us on any Friday or Saturday night as we conduct a Ghost Hunt at the authentic Old Jail of St. Augustine, Florida. The Old Jail is listed on the Florida and National Registry of Haunted Places, and has been featured on numerous TV shows, including Ghost Hunters and Paranormal Seekers.Built in 1891, this St. Augustine landmark was once home to the County's most vicious and violent criminals, the worst of whom were hanged at the gallows on the property. Now a museum, guests can come and learn of its past, its infamous residents, and its most famous Sheriff, Joe Perry, all during the comfort of daylight hours. But in the quiet of the night, the most daring of guests can join us on one of our Ghost Hunts inside this haunted building, where paranormal phenomena, from full-bodied apparitions to disembodied voices, have been seen and recorded. « less
