- Kenneth KVingaker, Sweden9 contributionsIF you have the chance, do it!
One of the best drives of my life, Mendoza to Aconcagua and back. It is easily done in one day if you start early(ish).
The views, the drive and the shear experience of being in the Andes, seeing the highest peak, is mindblowing.
Just go ahead and do it!Written 22 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DrCDBChile533 contributionsSuch a beautiful place. One of the few canyons that you can actually cross it end to end. The rock formations are incredible. Sadly you can not really do trekking here as the tours are basically done by car as the canyon crossing is quite long. Anyway it will be great to have trekking opportunities in a such an amazing place.Written 7 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Zach A1 contributionThis was one of the highlights of our time in Mendoza, partly because the wine was truly delicious, partly because the setting was so relaxed and beautiful, and partly because our guide Paula was just brilliant. So knowledgeable, but also very friendly and warm - she was a definite highlight. Canāt recommend this bodega enough, particularly over the stuffy, expensive bodegas that youāll find in the area. I only wish we could have eaten here too!Written 25 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- DrCDBChile533 contributionsQuite a beautiful bodega. Beautiful surroundings and the decoration based on the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri is just amazing. The tour was spectacular too (lots of wine, olive oil and bread to taste).Written 6 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Zjanna R5 contributionsAlthough the bodega was closed (we took a cab and ringed just ringed the doorbell, so tip: always call and reserve upfront for visiting the bodegas š ) they (Freddy) let us in and was super, super friendly! He helped calling other bodegaās and gave us a wine to taste. We canāt thank him and the place enough. Definately will come back when itās open (after reserving upfront ;) and recommend it! šš·Written 4 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Eline VW2 contributionsVery interesting tour with wine tasting in between. Yamila was a great guide, took her time to explain everything and was open for any questions. Would highly recommend to visit bodega los toneles!Written 7 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ReservarldenLondon, UK377 contributionsBetween Mendoza and Cerro Aconcagua lies this picturesque location which is stunning. Unfortunately there is no swimming allowed and no other facilities or cafe or outlet offering food. Worth a quick stop and if youāve brought your own food maybe a quick picnic. The views are amazing which managed to ensure five stars.Written 6 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - luciana sBeijing, China6 contributionsI went with my mum and my two babies. The winery is beautiful! Before we went into the restaurant, we could enjoy the wild life, ducks and horses wandering around. John, Luz and Fernanda were our hosts, super attentive and warm. They shared with us stories of the winery and notes from the different wines we were having paired with our 3 course menu. We loved especially the Malbec punto final and Milamore. The food was superb, we had the filet Mignon. Thank you guys, we had an unforgettable Sunday!Written 28 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
