What travellers are saying
- minSentosa Island, Singapore20 contributionsA sense a satisfaction when you make it to the top. It’s not a long walk but it’s steep. We bought our tickets and went up around 12pm then came down and had a platter of seafood sold by the haenyeos by the beach. The seafood could be eaten raw or cooked. We also had abalone porridge. The haenyeo had their show at 2pm (one per day at the moment, subject to weather conditions).Written 10 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Yoona HeDaegu, South Korea2 contributionsFollowing our arrival at the Yeongsil path, we parked at the lower end of the route and then hiked up for thirty minutes to reach the beginning point. Even though we were only a few days away from the height of the foliage, it was still quite fine in several areas. After that, we descended by way of the Eeorimok route. This section is more peaceful and monotonous, yet it presents a new challenge in the volcanic stone sections.Written 9 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Zeva2010World688 contributionsQuick visit as our hotel was located near this waterfall. I'd been before during my time walking around the Olle trails.
It is a quick stop to be honest, there are a few shops and places to get some light snacks.
It does cost money to enter here and you could be done within 10 mins but longer if you're lazying about.Written 18 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Loved to watch the strong waves splashing against the rugged coast. Equally fascinating was the contrast in the smooth roundness of rocks on the beach on the other side of the attraction.
I chose to go for the sunset watch and it did not disappoint. The evening glow against the rocks was spectacular.
I took bus 520 from Seogwipo which stopped in front of the ICC building (last stop). From there, a walk on normal paved road of about 800m led me to the entrance. A small fee is charged.
The attraction is very well-managed and rather compact. I love it that restrooms in Jeju are always clean and available before you enter. There are a lot fewer stairs to climb compared to other natural attractions in Jeju.
To note that in winter, it closes at 5:30pm. On the day that I went, the last ticket sold was at 5:05pm.Written 4 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - minSentosa Island, Singapore20 contributionsGood place to visit if you like tea. There are interesting flavours (and I really like some of them that I’ve tried previously). As the range is good, it’s a good place to shop and foreigners can claim duty free.Written 10 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - minSentosa Island, Singapore20 contributionsIt’s a nice walk, a bit windy. We walked past the candy house to the light house and all the way past the glass house. It didn’t take too long. We got there around 10am and there’s a large carpark, parking fees was KRW1000.Written 10 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Zeva2010World688 contributionsThis place does not disappoint! lovely views and a lovely walk. There is limited car park spots at the foot of the trail, luckily we managed to get one, but as we walked upwards, we did see a bunch of cars parked up the roads randomly. We attempted to find this place on 2 other occasions but the car navigator took us to some random carpark some 6km away, we managed to find the correct place in the 3rd attempt and were so glad we did.Written 12 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Samantha N6 contributionsWe were looking for the Ripleys Believe it Or Not museum, and believe it or not, it’s not there anymore, so went here instead. - Keith SMount Claremont, Australia287 contributionsMore fun than I thought it would be. The shows are a bit cheesy, but the dolphin / seal part is fun. The route through the aquarium builds to a bit of a crescendo- leaving the best til last- but I would probably have skipped some of the early parts of the tanks and went straight to the huge aquarium at the end!Written 28 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
