Great experience! Highly recommend if you have ever wanted to swim in a coral reef. For the amount of money you pay this is a great value and also inexpensive compared to other tours you will do in the Cancun area.

“Best day ever” - both my kids.

Cenote La Noria isn’t quite as hyped or built out as some of the other cenotes on the ruta and that’s why we chose it. We ended up having the place entirely to ourselves for the morning, and for approximately $90 pp we: jumped 20 meters into a gorgeous cenote, rode ATVs, rode (very well cared for) horses, and ziplined through some incredible platforms. For a bit extra we also had some good tacos for lunch and bought some professional photos. Staff could not have been kinder - and by the time we left the place had filled with Mexican families having a good time. Absolutely was the highlight of our vacation.

My kids (4 and 7) both asked if we could do it “again and again.”

Gracias, equipo Noria - nos divertimos tanto hoy!

We had a personal tour of this humble wild life sanctuary by Horatio, the owner and operator. Horatio knows and loves the animals at this sanctuary. He taught us much about the animals, and invited us all to touch and interact with the animals in a highly respectful manner. He is clearly contributing to the preservation of native species and we were happy to spend a few hours with him. Very pleased with the tour, would highly recommend to people who are willing to go off the beaten path and have an authentic experience with an authentic person. Horatio charged us $300 pesos per person, which I think is reasonable given that the sanctuary is self funded.

Weather didn't cooperate: rained first day, ocean too cold to snorkel. The town itself was welcoming, the beach and food very nice . Mid February too soon I guess.

We love this place . We have traveled all over and this is the BEST one . It’s a hidden gem . Go downtown Cancun by coco bongo and Hard Rock Cafe store and buy the tickets there . It’s amazing . 4 wheelers , zip line , cave dives , open air swing into freezing water cenote and a lunch . Best tacos ever and I am picky . Just KEEP your BAGS CLOSE theMONKEYS will grab and run . They took my daughter sunscreen up the tree so fast and I videos it and took a man’s shirt and hat . You can even drive there if you rent a car . We were there from 9 am until 4 ish for 35.00 per person .

Our extended family of fifteen spent Thanksgiving here. Because it was Thanksgiving, we opted for the catering package. We do have some food allergies in the group, so we were glad there were multiple menu options available. We chose the traditional menu, with poblano pepper potatoes, annatto pork, and chipotle pepper chicken. It did not disappoint! The menu also included two different types of drinks- hibiscus and rice water w/coconut. There was plenty of food for our family, which includes seven young adults.
Regarding payment, we paid 1/2 up front via Paypal, and forwarded the receipt via Whats. The remaining balance was paid in cash once we were on site. We decided on this payment method because being in the US, our bank sometimes flags our transfers, and it makes everything more complicated. I don't tend to have this issue when sending money internationally via Paypal. My partner paid for the catering, which was also split, but that had to be fully paid before our arrival.
About the cenote- what can I say? If you've ever been to a cenote before, you know what a beautiful, renewing experience it can be- whether you believe in connecting with nature or not, you will likely agree that the grounds are beautiful, lush, and peaceful- and for all you influencers, oh so InstaTokTubeable. Seriously- it's beautiful. There are plenty of places to lounge around in the shade (or sun if you prefer) when you aren't swimming. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off après dip, and a fun jumping platform for the very bravest. If you're ready to return to civilization looking civilized (why?!), there is plenty of space to change and wash up.
Just a note- please consider tipping those providing you with service, including catering and grounds, etc. so that they can further invest in providing a beautiful, quality experience to every visitor.
Also, be advised that cenote water is HEAVY. I recommend taking advantage of the available vests, even if you're a strong swimmer- especially if you choose to drink- and if you choose to drink, not to overdo it, obvi. That way you can have a good time with your friends or fam, without worries. The atmosphere here is enough on it's own.
@Cenote Elvira, Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful cenote with us. We had a great time, seriously, like a movie. Our heartfelt gratitude to you!
¡No defraudó!

Got there around 10 am and stayed until about 11:30 – no one there but us until we left. Made it very special! A bit pricy but worth it.
No credit cards – like many cenotes, they charge a higher price for tourists than for locals – which is OK. Open air cenote – much easier access than the underground ones. Sell soda but not food – can bring your own picnic.

We enjoyed seeing the botanical gardens, open again after covid closure. We even saw monkeys by the (closed) watch tower). A botanist friend this was the highlight of the trip. Beware, though the mosquitoes are abundant--and hungry!

The water was COLD! But it was beautiful. Lots to do and see in this area as well, I would recommend it to others.

Located just off the main square this is a nice place to walk around even if just for a few minutes. It was low season when we were there so it wasn't at its best but we still found it of interest and we went a couple of times.

It sells a wide range of products and local artefacts. It isn't an expensive place to buy gifts or souvenirs and the locals are friendly and really good fun.
