On the day of the tour Cotello and Ugo picked us up at the pier. Ugo drove while Cotello focused on telling us about the sites and making sure everyone is comfortable. Both Cotello and Ugo were thoughtful and took our needs into consideration. Our stops need more time because of the slow movement, they never rush us and were very patient.
