One of the floors did not seem to be available and when i asked atbthe desk they said that this was clsed from 12 to 2pm. there was no mention of this anywhere inthe guide book!! Lastly we visited the Decorative arts room that had a lot of really interesting ceramics from Lille and Delft. Overall the exhibition was excellent but we were disappointed in the audio device which missed out several audio labelled exhibits and some didn't seem to exist.
