Extremely helpful Andy gave an absolutely gorgeous alternative to seek help from one of his buddies to bring the couple for an equivalent tour exclusively. All not for a penny more. Clearly in any Terms n Conditions, if you miss the tour for whatever reason incl a national train delay, the penalty is on one own's accord.
