As I went with family in the month of March, so we couldn't find this in running position. Everybody says there, that it is quite spectacular in Full Monsoon season.

This fall is a few kilometers drive on the main highway from Sela Pass going towards Tawang . There is enough water year around to merit a stop. I have heard it is spectacular during the rainy season .
