This place is lovely. Everything about it is top notch. By far one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Caveat -- I was in the Presidential Suite so I did not have the average experience here. We had two butlers full time waiting on our every need. If you can ever do this, do it.

I went to Leela, Goa at the end of November. It is nice and clean, however I'm not sure if they vacuum the carpets in the room. We stayed in the lagoon suite and it's very spacious. It has two full bathrooms. Our package came with buffets for breafast lunch and dinner. The beach is beautiful. There are other restaurants...

It seemed a little strange to me to travel to India and stay at the beach and visit a Spa-Centre in a hotel.
But you can find a lot, even Squash and Steam-Bath. A variety of massages can make you loose all the european unrest.
