The most beautiful place in baja, a whole new world full of life and colors under the sea. I have been there 3 times and looking forward for the next one! More

We went for a day trip to the main beach at Cabo Pulmo on a recent weeklong holiday to San Jose del Cabo. We have two young sons (2 & 5 years) and were hopeful that we would be able to snorkel off the beach as taking a 2+ hour snorkel trip on a boat wasn't an option for us.... More

Beaches are unspoiled fish life is abundant and sea lion colony a blast to snorkel and dive with. Diving is great although small reef system I would not plan more than three or four days diving there. More

We hit Cabo Pulmo once or twice a winter season. In Oct/Nov the water is still warm and you can snorkle without a wetsuit. The water is cold during the peak winter months but you can rent everything you need at the dive shop. You can also take a panga for a short boat ride to swim with sea lions... More

If you aren't going for the diving or snorkelling there isn't a lot to see. We were not impressed by the beach but it was a very windy day. What we did enjoy though was the 2 hour drive along the dirt road to get there. A bit rough going but with amazing scenery. It would be worth driving a... More

There are several places to snorkel in and near Cabo Pulmo in january, the month we stayed here. The main reef is at Cabo Pulmo itself, and there were some nice schools of fish. The coral reef here is relatively small compared to reefs in other parts of the world. If you snorkel here in January, make sure to bring... More

Incredible place to snorkel. Go in the morning, it tends to get rough in the afternoons. More

A great holiday place with a desert surrounding it and far too many golf courses around which are a huge drain on the scarce water resources. Unfortunately overfull with loud americans! More

It may have been the time of year, but the visibility wasn't great. But the animal life was abundant and impressive. We saw eels, tons of rays and a turtle, as well as tons of other smaller fish. I wouldn't make this my number one dive destination, but for a quick long weekend, it's perfect. More

We have visited Cabo Pulmo twice for a week each time. The snorkeling and diving in the Marine Preserve is fantastic. We highly recommend a snorkeling trip out to the sea lion colony. More
