The ship Pommern is a big part of the history on the Åland Island. here you can walk on board the ship to see how the crew lived on the ocean. Interesting to see and the kids enjoyed it too!

Asbsolutely "must "thing to see...also nice area to see harbour ,harbour cafes and see museum near by it.This ship very rare still existing in good condition and you can feel what was sailing in old times.

When arriving to Mariehamn with cruise ship one of the first things you are bound to notice is the beautiful windjammer Pommern moored on the West harbour right next to the docks of the modern cruise ships.
