A remote and interesting place to visit. Well worth the journey. The gardens are a work in progress with the large head gardner's house being the complete opposite to the worker's bothy! The main house is impressive as is the video of the it's history. More

Great view, great place, a trip to a swanky way of life from the past. You can admire the interior of the abbey, learn its` history, have a walk through the forest, visit the wonderful Victorian walled garden and, of course, take advantage of the route through the green meadows, on your way till there.
