I visited this place and I was amazed but deserted place. Nobody there except the few people or tourists. My new friends and I ate at the restaurant and I was surprised cos I thought that no one else inside of that building. I forgot the name of the restaurant, they served a good foods but quite expensive. Try to... More

I visited the Fisherman's Wharf some years back when it's was just opened, the place was fulled of tourist, shops and even performance. However, the place now look so deserted, abandoned and quiet. A very very sad sight. Hardly any shops now and even the Babylon Casino was so quiet. Occasionally, you can still see a few tourist taking photos.... More

Fisherman's Wharf was a huge let down. The place was deserted and was just so sad. The cloudy weather did not help at all. It was as if Fisherman's Wharf's ONLY purpose if to provide people a nice backdrop for photography purposes because there are just nothing else to do here. We only visited one area and did not even... More

This place should be renamed "Macau's White Elephant"! I knew i was in for trouble when the first thing i did at Fisherman's Wharf was go into the "Information Counter" and ask for information - no map available, no listing of attractions or timetable of ANYTHING. The only thing worth taking from that office was the pamphlet promoting the video... More

You get a good view of the Macau harbour. It has an area wherein there's a replica of the Rome Colosseum. Nice building structures. Good place to stroll around if you have nothing else to do in Macau. More

Without over doing it, walking through Fisherman's Wharf was like looking at a town a deadly disease had ripped through killing all signs of life. We looked through the windows of a bar and it was eery. Everything was set out to open except dust, cobwebs and lizard poo covered the place. The tables were set, the drinks fridge was... More

We visited the Fisherman's Wharf area recently after having not been here for four years. Unfortunately, it seems this failed development project remains a rather sad story as the Fisherman's Wharf continues to simply cling to life, struggling to survive while the rest of Macau continues to develop at a rapid pace. You can see the big plans they had... More

We went to the Fisherman's Wharf under the impression that we could have our meal there since its website suggests that there are lots of restaurants within the place. I think we came accross 3 open restos while the others were either closed or unstrategically located that we didn't even see them. There were very few stores and very few... More

The guide map I got from the airport hailed it as a top tourist destination and a shopper's paradise. Seriously? That map needs updating. And fast. Macau's Fisherman's Wharf is about 100 meters from the Ferry Terminal, where the City of Dreams bus dropped me off. It's quite easy to find once you see a temple, then a 40-meter replica... More
