This was our 9th visit to HM and the first time we played golf. The course is in great shape. The service from the time you arrive at the front door is great! Cleveland, our caddie made our golf experience so perfect golf will be a must on all our visits!!

The greens are very good but tricky. The course is easy to play BUT it is difficult to play well. It is a tough course for good players. To break 80 is not easy. My caddie was lazy in reading puts!

I enjoyed this course much better than Cinnamon Hill. If I had a choice and had known, I probably would not have played it. Very enjoyable and scenic. After playing Cinnamon Hill, I think we expected the same experience and felt we'd go back to Cinnamon Hill before playing Half Moon. Try the White Witch or Cinnamon Hill. They are both much better for the money. This was nice about five years ago, seems like they gave up on it since then.

I loved this course. Great set up; were you finished at most holes, you walked across the cart path to the next hole. Very fast greens, lots of bunkers and amazing caddies. Beautiful views, good service, right off the beach. When it's windy the sand blows in your face. Burgers were good, and the beers were very cold.
