The first time I came here I think was in the 70s. It's a bit bigger now, but it's still cool. The underwater viewing area is fantastic. Some shows try to educate members of the public on marine issues, like litter impacts, but I think their messages fall on predominantly deaf ears: when we left at closing time, the car... More

I missed the dolphin show due to the Dora the explorer show being on at the same time. We did the 15 min helicopter ride with our 19 month old daughter who loved it. So nice to see the Gold Coast from up high. Amazing! Very well thought out. Heaps to see and do, although we didn't get to see... More

I'm a local here and well, for two years we've bought the VIP locals pass (about $99 for a year to sea world, wet n wild and movie world) and although there are some upgrades being done it really is starting to age. It is often VERY hot there ESP over summer months as the 'tracks' are hot bitumen. It's... More

The place was very comfortable, the walks easy and the sights interesting. We love the shows particularly the jet stunt extreme and the dolphin show. We didn't dare participate in the feeding of sting ray because we chickened out but it looked interesting. Maybe next time. Although my kids have outgrown Spongebob and Dora, they still had a fun time... More

Great place for the kids- bigger kids that is. Beware the height limit for two of the great roller coasters. Tonnes to do. Lots to touch, see, watch, read. Fantastic.

the rides and the shows were wonderful... even though if your kids are going they need to be 120-130cm to go on most of the good rides...

We had VIP tickets which combined Sea World, Movie World and Wet'n'Wild. We found Sea World was by far the best park for our young family. There is so much to do, we ever had a dull moment. Though I will admit this is not the park for you if you are a huge fan of thrill rides. Our girls... More

Limited rides here but the shows are great. Clean and well maintained park. Expensive food outlets. Reasonable souvenir shops though.

Wasted that we cant go in to hug them ;=P we then went to see the sea lion show: really well choreographed and we were nicely surprised to see such... More
