Cooking classes are taught by Chef Carmen in a pristene kitchen. It is a very "hands on" experience; you will actually cook, eat what you prepare, and it will be great! Oasi Olimpia hotel is my all time favorite. The staff are the friendliest ever. It is like they are welcoming you into their home. More
