This was an amazing thing to do. The cave is large and fascinating and you really experience it - its not all touristy and sectioned off, you really do clambor up and down steep rocks with just the group's helmet lights to guide you. And we had a fantastic guide. Highly recommend this. More

We enjoyed the tour very much. Fantastic stalactites and stalagmites. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes and there is a steep path upwards to reach the entrance. More

Quite interesting but I have seen many which are more interesting and with more formations. Some of the walkways were quite steep or dangerous - or both. More

The cave of Santo Tomas has seven levels, so it's quite a climb to get to the entrance, as you visit the 6th level (takes about 20min). The tour lasts about 2h round trip. You can see beautiful rock formation with a lot of stalactites and stalagmites. There are some difficult passages but it's really worth it. Don't miss the... More

Tours are conducted in English, French and Spanish. The caves itself were truly a natural wonder. We went during the dry season so we didn't get to see any pools in the caves where you can go swimming, however, it made it easy and non-slippy to walk in them. Definitely recommended. More

It's quite a climb up to the caves, and then through them. Don't do it in flip flops. There are two versions, one shorter and easier, one longer and more difficult, with some scrambling and quite low or narrow places. We had Alfonso as a guide - who loves his work. We could see and touch some amazing rock formations,... More

The climb up the cave was very hard and the guide just dashed on ahead leaving the slower walkers behind. The caves were ok but hard going with lots of steep climbs up and down. More

These underground caves are generally included in all tours - however, one stands in line for half an hour for a five minute boat ride. I've seen a lot better. More
