We have been to Yosemite now 3 times and the view from Glacier point is our favourite in America. Go early for the sun rise and then again to see it set. The colours of the valley below and the magnificent mountains change colour every minute. If you go early the peace and reverence when surely give you a special... More

Nothing can prepare you for the experience that is seeing Glacier Point for the first time. You will truly be in AWE ! The majesty of the place cannot really be described in words because there are no words adequate to the task. GO and see for yourself! More

If you are in Yosemite only for 1 or 2 days and don't have time to hike than don't miss this place. You can take a shuttle from the valley or drive yourself to this the end of Glacier Point Rd. and walk with camera on. If you do have more time, hike on many area trails that you will... More

The visit to Glacier Point was the most memorable time in our recent visit to California.. The views are absolutely spectacular and magnificient.. This is mother nature at her best. Yellowstone is magnificent and the Grand Canyon is amazing but for shear beauty this view tops them all. Better in late May or June when the waterfalls are at their peak but anytime the road is open this trip is more than worth it. More

Everywhere you look at or take a picture could be a postcard. Be careful to bring a sweater, even in a sunny day, as it can get cool due to altitude. A wonder of nature, must see. More
