A great place if you can get a spot to explore the Lamar Valley. Numerous rarely hiked trails start in this area and the fishing along Slough Creek is some of the best in Yellowstone. More

This is a great place to see animals and natural beauty especially if you take a hike up the river past the campground. Remember to take your bear spray! More
