DO NOT MISS...I have trouble with heights and vertigo but took the path to the viewing platform anyway- yes, it took me forever to get down the path and back up to the parking lot, but it was so worth it! The water was moving incredibly fast when we were there and it is beautiful scenery. We stayed down at... More

The power of these falls is awesome. There are many places to view them, but the short hike down to the top of the falls is definitely worth doing....just remember that coming back up will be slower due to the altitude. More

We ended up seeing the Lower Yellowstone Falls on a rainy day. We drove to the area, parked our car, and were mesmerized by the scenic beauty. We didnt hike due to the rain. But the visit was totally worth it. A must-do during your trip to Yellowstone. More
