It's said that more Civil War Generals are buried at Spring Grove than anywhere else with the exception of Arlington National Cemetery. The grounds are just indredibly beautiful with an unbelievable collection of trees that are as old as the cemetery itself......and it's free!!! More

Another Cincinnati landmark, beautifully maintained landscape which also hosts multiple seminars throughout the year for professionals (such as pruning seminars). A beautiful, serene place to visit. More

while a cemetary has to have a serene feel, this one adds beauty of surroundings, ducks on many small ponds, beautiful mausoleums and a great arboretum. on a warm sunny sunday, after church, we like to drive there with grandchildren and enjoy a walk thru the area, feed the ducks look at the flowers and just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.... But it is amazingly beautiful with wonderful gothic chapels, lakes and bridges. I have been in both winter and summer and both seasons behold a beautiful albeit sometimes stark location. A favorite for wedding pictures and the "after the I do's" pictures. More
