It is a good place to see the Lake Erie. The view is pretty good and the parking lot is very convenient. But everything depends on the weather. It is nice to visit when the weather is hot. If it is not, the wind is too big and it is hard for people to stay for a long time.

Glad to see the resurgence of the area. Long overdue what has been done to the marina. First time I could remember having trouble finding a parking spot.

My family and I visit the Erie Basin Marina often when the weather permits. We love The Hatch,one of many restaurants located right along the water. The landscaping has been improved and the boardwalk addition is great.

-Public park. Docks are private and rented annually. Access to docks is restricted to owners/docker holders only. Our daughter"s boyfriend was visiting from out of town, but wanted to see the waterfront. In spite of the bitter wind that day, he really enjoy how beautiful it was downtown! Now he really wants to come back when the weather is warm to get the full benefit of our Marina!

This is one of my favorite places in Buffalo. Summertime is great- grab a cone or some lunch at Templeton's Landing... Grab a blanket and watch the sun set over Lake Erie... Park your car when a thunderstorm in coming in from the west... I love it!
