We arrived in Phoenix, Drove south to Tucson, but on the way to our ---------- we stopped at Honeybee Canyon- sort of a community nature area, for a little taste of the desert. We're from Minnesota so desert is VERY different for us. A beauty in its own right. Little canyon is fun first hike.

You can walk as far as you want and then turn back, it is all level and easy walking with all manner of different desert formations. I had a sense of relaxation and peace. Good to do now and then
