I visited the Harbor with my family last week and we had an enjoyable experience. There are several hotels, boutiques, restaurants and activities in the area to enjoy. Overall, we felt very safe and will visit again in the near future. Note: there is plenty of parking in the area, which is very clean.

We didn't expect to see an area like this so close to the Gaylord. What an amazing assortment of restaurants and gift shops. Just walking around, to discover an eating place, was a pleasure. The waterfront views added to the "Plus".

National Harbor exists for one reason: conventions at The Gaylord. Which explains the plethora of moderately-priced average restaurants catering to the per-diem crowd. Every restaurant is Average.
