While we miss the Old Hotel Utah, there is much to enjoy when your visit the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. The restaurants are delightful. Riding the elevators up to the higher floors just to capture the views is not too be missed. A marvelous place for a wedding reception, to view the LDS film, do a bit of geneology or...

Very nicely refurbished. Have eaten here a couple of times and the food is very good. Great views of the city and mountains. Always visit when we are in SLC.

I've really only ever seen it from outside, but it looks nice, and I hear from others the restaurant in the top is pretty good, if somewhat pricey.

Historic Site. Temple square/JSMB is a must see when traveling to Salt Lake regardless of if you are LDS or not. Go to The Roof for dinner. Reservations are a must.

if you all want a great experience you must visit this building. YOu can watch a free movie that is very highly made about the history of the LDS Church. And if you want lunch i would recommend going to the green house restuarant. And if you want a romantic dinner go to the roof top, you will need to...

It was once the Hotel Utah and Now it's the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. It is Beautiful and it's still have beautiful charm and it has the Family History Center and wonderful places to just sit and relax and listen to music and great places to enjoy a meal.

The view from the top is just incredible. You get a first hand view of the beautiful Temple and can even dine while you are enjoying it. We love coming to the JSMB.
