the Luau was very average plastic chairs in the blazing sun , open bar, of insanely weak drinks and although they showed us the fresh roasted pig, what we were served was far from it. The entertainers were good and the fire dancing is always cool. Good for little kids and old people. More

Pros: lovely beachside location in Wailea, friendly service, fun performances, good family fun Cons: food was decent but nothing to write home about, drinks were limited in variety, overall feel was very touristy. More

Food was really good; which was a surprise. Entertainment tried to include the crowd and a highlight of our trip was dancing with my wife, as they asked people celebrating honeymoons or anniversaries to come up and dance. More

I was a little leery of attending a luau, fearing it would be phoney and tacky. A friend attended this event and assured me it was enjoyable and meaningful. So I went with 9 other family members, from age 23 to age 63. Everyone liked it. The oceanside setting was pleasant, the food was very good and the entertainment was... More

We wanted a south Maui luau that children would enjoy. Read the TA reviews and it came recommended by Tracey at the Mana Kai activity desk. Food was good (but not great). Drinks were also ok but like most free drinks at a luau seemed watered down. Entertainment from the pre-luau, to setting, grounds and the show itself was fantastic!... More

Beautiful location on the beach behind the Marriott in Wailea, the sun sets behind the stage as the performance is going on. Very well done dinner buffet, free drinks, local artisans and of course a very good show with the fire dancer at the end of the night. Overall very good way to spend a few hours on the island. More

Our families attended this luau together so it was very enjoyable. Limitless drinks (although the Mai-Tai's weren't very good), large selection of food, free lei's, and the show was very entertaining. More

When it rains, they move the luau indoors, but we rescheduled for another day and luckily it was good weather. The setting is of course beautiful since its sunset time on beach in Wailea. Show, food and drinks were average, but not bad. Just not anything that was spectacular. We were staying at the Mariott so we were already accustomed... More

This Luau was recommended to us by the owner of the condo we rented in Kihei. The location was great with wonderful sunset views. The pre-show drinks were standard for an all-inclusive type event (pina colada's, mai-tais or beer were the only choices) and the food was a nice buffet with a variety of choices to please everyone-standard fair with...
