The Weinberg Center for the Arts in beautiful historic downtown Frederick, MD bills itself at the jewel of Frederick, and that's indeed the case. I love the variety of shows that come. I've seen performances by Jim Brickman, the Ballet, National Deaf Theater, and so many more. I grew up looking forward to opportunities to go!

Saw Bebe Neuwirth who I knew would be great, but the theater and it's staff were almost as impressive

The musical performances I have attended there have been excellent. The acoustics of the hall are better than average but the charm brings back memories of a more friendly, relaxed time.

The newest redecorating is almost finished which gives this a much lighter and brighter feeling. A variety of exits makes it easy to get in and out of your seats.

This is an ideal place to see nearly anything if you like close intimate venues. It's been restored and is constantly being maintained and improved. I'm not aware of any bad seats as it's so small. Do not hesitate to see a show. Parking is in a connected deck around the corner.
