I reserved a room at the W Midtown for an overnight getaway and booked a treatment at Bliss as I had heard so many good things about their other locations. I have never been so disappointed. I'd like to begin by saying that I love The W Hotel, and that the Bliss Spa especially great and definately the added treat!
