Another place I was told by locals, the trails were in very good condition considering the windy conditions causing the powder to blow around and show some icy spots. The facility was not crowded like the big name slopes. We have shorter lines and more time skiing

It's a modest size family area with no crowds and about 650' of vertical. The longest trail is a nice one-mile cruiser.

We wanted to take our new skier on an out-of-town trip and wanted to stay away from the big behemoth areas. We like the Woodstock area so settled on Suicide Six. They did run a nearly half-price lift ticket special on Lifopia, so we pulled the trigger on the two-day passes. The crowd was small and manageable Saturday. Lines virtually... More

What a great little mountain! Short lines, sunny day, fresh snow, very friendly staff. The restaurant was a hidden gem with very fresh salads, terrific gourmet burger, and again- friendly and charming staff. Après ski will never be the same if there is not someone as great at Brian (bartender extraordinaire!) in attendance. Not to be missed for a day... More

This is a small local and very friendly ski area. I feel very comfortable letting my small children going out and skiing on their own as I know they are safe. There are trails for all levels so no one can be left out.

Great skiing for beginners and families. The food on site is good and the trails are nice and uncrowded. The staff there has always been great and very helpful. For those who are advanced skiiers and snowboarders.. one day here is enough

This is not a big mountain but it has a nice variety of terrain and it excellent for families as all runs come back to the same place at the base and the lodge. The lodge is pleasant, with a nice large fireplace, a cafeteria and a separate restaurant where alcoholic drinks are avaialble.

Very small but nice enough. Good for beginners. (I learned to ski here:-) Great lessons and cafeteria. There are only 21 trails though and they're rarely all open. It's nice for a few hours but make sure not to be there when there are a lot of tourists. This place is overpriced so I only go once a year. There... More

My family and I have skied at Suicide Six for years and love it. It's a small mountain, but a lot of fun. The lodge has great food, a really fun bar, and a gigantic fireplace. Well worth a trip for a classic Vermont ski venue.
