This museum is the best I've ever visited. It is beautifully designed and combines walk through environments with expertly done videos. The stories of the life Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War made history very moving and personal. A must see for every age. More

Was very interesting and had great dioramas to get a good sense of the time and people. Throughly modern and incorporated a lot of multi-media. The two movies were wonderful, if a little Disneyish. Everyone should learn something new. A great tribune to the 16th president. More

The museum is very nice. They have a couple of great programs in the theaters. We spent about 3 hours to view everything. More

If you think presidential museums are boring (and who doesn't?), this one will completely change your mind! There are so many visually stunning sections and exhibits that appeal to all ages. Whatever you know about Lincoln, you'll see him in a whole new light when you leave. I like that they make such an effort to show him as he was, rather than the romanticized historical view that we so often get. Visit soon, before that awful movie is released. I fear this place may go vampire crazy in the weeks... More

This 21st century museum/library has something for all ages. Some exhibits change regularly so it's always good to visit again. The museum portrayal of Lincoln's life and death is very moving. Everyone will be charmed and interested in the holographs used. More

We visited in late October with our 3 year old and newborn daughters. I have to say I was worried about taking small children into a museum, but we had an amazing time. First and foremost, the staff (all volunteers) are so friendly and helpful, they really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Mary's Attic kept... More
