Nice enough cruise that gets you great views of the glaciers. Plently of room to move around and get photos. Not crowded. Priced right especially with the Northwern Lights discount book.

The crew was great and the Park Ranger who narrated the cruise was informative but not overbearing. She left space for people to enjoy the amazing scenery. It is a beautiful lake and being that close to the glacier is an unbelievable experience! The captain did a great job of guiding the boat back and forth so that everyone got...

The crew of the ship were informative, friendly and helpful from the beginning of our cruise. The cruise is about 1 hour long, and takes tourists from the visitor center to about 300 yards from the face of Portage Glacier on a smooth cruise across Portage Lake. take a short cruise on a great boat to the portage glacier. you will get close enough to see the glacier calve and to see the ice chunks in the water. also you will see wildlife and the many waterfalls from the area. a ranger and captain will narrate the cruise and they are very friendly. this is the place...
