I visited this zoo last October on my way from Brittany to Normandy. The free flight aviary of South America was amazing. The best zoo I have ever visited!!! If you go, the main aviary is just amazing, I live in North America, this is probably the closest I'll get to seeing flocks of Macaws flying free.

This zoo is set in an old quarry, which adds a great deal of interest as you wind through the various sections of the zoo. There is a great selection of animals with good viewing areas. The highlight is probably the aviary. There is so much to explore in this wonderful zoo. Highly recommended as a great family day out.
