No visit to Seattle is complete until you see this beautiful city from the water. Most tourists take the harbor cruise but the boat curise on Lake Union and Lake Washington has great views of the skyline, has better views of the Space Needle, and goes by many things unique to Seattle.
Lake Union is located just north of downtown...

We really enjoyed this cruise. The guide was very informative and we learned a lot about Seattle and saw a lot of things. The CityPass is a great way to go.

Our crew was very knowledgeable about everything, including the neighborhoods you could see as we passed through the ship channel & the attractions...

We went on the Lakes tour leaving from Lake Union. It went to Lake Washington, past the University of Washington, over to the Medina area (where Bill Gates lives). Saw the floating house that was in Sleepless in Seattle too. Went under some neat bridges and saw interesting architecture and tons of boats, plus the Seattle skyline and the space...
