Eating a cup of delicious chowder while listening to the seagulls as the wind whips your face... There just isn't any better "Washington" experience! More

I've rode the ferry from several ports. It is an easy way to get around the Puget Sonud. The plus to it is that is you get to see the beauty of the Sound and you can relax on the ferry. More

When ever we go to Washington on vacation we always use the Ferries. What a fantastic way to travel. We usually take the Seattle to Bremerton Ferry and Bremerton to Seattle Ferry. Some times we drive aboard, and other times we park in Bremerton and walk aboard. I prefer walking aboard when visiting Seattle which is less stressful for me... More

we took 3 different Ferries while we were in Seattle. One trip was for a convention and they took us all the way around the sound and showed us some cool houseboats, etc that people lied on. They even go out in the fog and gloomieness of the day. One day we went on a trip to Canada and it... More

We decided to visit Bainbridge Island and took our rental car on the ferry. It is a bit pricey but worth the fee. The island is beautiful and there is even a casino on the island. The trip back and forth allows you to get some great shots of the Seattle skyline. More

We had the pleasure of having some free time on a sunny afternoon in Seattle (how often does that happen?). The ferry to Bainbridge Island took just over a half an hour and was very relaxing. The island was very fun with lots of local shops and bakeries only minutes from where we docked. Catching the ferry was very easy... More

The Fauntleroy ferry was quick and fun for a spur of the moment trip. Seattle weather was the best I have seen in a long time and the trip on the ferry was smooth and enjoyable. Would do this again, possibly take the longer ones in town. Driving on is easy and the wait was very short. More
