Named one of the Top Ten US Ghost Tours by tripavisor, the skeptic and the believer can enjoy this exterior walking tour because it is rooted in history. Our emphasis is on storytelling. This is a historical walking tour about the ghosts of Pike Place and the history of Seattle. Our adult Ghost Tour is also known as the Lust Tour. The over 18 content mixes stories of sex and death together, sharing the secrets of First Avenue and why it was nicknamed Flesh Avenue. The Pike Place Market is a nine acre district with over 400 residents as well as businesses. It also includes the city's first mortuary, part of an old graveyard, and a brothel that still has a red glow cast on its side. We travel the nine acres from Pike Street to Virginia and take advantage of Post Alley as a way to navigate through. We encourage you to bring your cameras to try and capture phenomena and also to take some beautiful pictures of the neon and theatrical architecture in the Market. These tours are our way of sharing a place we love. « less

Used a daily deal site voucher and took a friend along. To get to the tour office, from the front of the Pike Place Market find Rachel the Pig (directly under the sign) and turn left of Rachel and you will see an immediate stairwell heading downstairs. This will take you down to Post Alley and the Gum Wall. :)... More

Loved the Chapel Tour. I never thought I would be able to help with paranormal investigation above Kell's Irish pub. Group size was not bad. I think we had about 12-14 people on a Friday night. It would have been better if there was less people and less distractions. Our tour guide was very accommodating and handed out maybe 6... More

This was an excellent tour. We started in Post Alley by the gum wall (a treat to see in and of itself, if not a bit disgusting) and got a wonderful walking tour to Kells filled with History and ghost stories. At Kell's we got to do an investigation to see what we could capture. A really fun trip. The... More

I was really impressed with the Market Ghost Tour. I've lived in the area all my life and I didn't know these Seattle stories! Ends up there are some dark stories in our history... I had heard of Dr. Hazzard before, but I didn't realize she had ties to the Pikes Place area. The tour guide was fun - great... More

Kook Teflon, a local artist and certified paranormal investigator was my tour guide on The Chapel ghost hunting tour. She is witty, charismatic and is genuinely interested in the history of the Market and it's "characters". The Chapel is creepy and definitely worth a visit while it's available. You won't be disappointed, and this is coming from a local! More

Our tour guide, Kook, was informative and friendly. Had lots of fun stories and history to share about early Seattle - mosty involving murders given that it's a ghost tour! Would definately recommend this tour. More

Rich, robust, with bits of lust. Holy, warm, top of its form. Both feet on the ground, have another round on me. What makes this tour outstanding: the tour guides, the stories, and the atmosphere throughout the tour. This tour is quite possibly one of the top 10 things a person "must do" in Seattle. Quite frankly, it does not... More

I've lived in Seattle for 13 years now, and had wanted to do the Market Ghost Tour for years. I decided to treat my daughter, husband, and myself to the Tour for my birthday. The tour, led by Guide Christian Schmitt, went into the Butterworth Building, home of Seattle's first mortuary. Christian led us in an EVP session as we... More
