We were at Kings Mountain for a marathon. It is a very pretty area. The visitors center is nice but nothing special. Would have liked to see more artifacts etc. However, I suppose there may not be any to be seen. A nice trial for walking around the battlefield. The information signs were interesting. More

I thoroughly enjoyed Kings Mountain National Military Park. It was easy to get too, free to get in, full of history, and a great spot for photos. Watch the movie before going on the trail.
