Huge, beautiful, relaxing and there is a golf course right there too! We could tell a lot of locals definitely use it for walking, jogging and walking dogs!

Loved the Zoo and ambience of musical performances. Main performance was so loud that we left. Park itself is extensive and beautiful.
Stroll, sit under the shade of magnolia trees with hanging moss, jog, see the zoo, ...just relax. Photo enthusiast has a lot to oohh and ahhh here as well. I took a stroll, sat and people watched (other were having a picnic) Lots of joggers. Couples holding hands. TIP: Take the St. Charles tram ($3/person/full day pass to all other...

Oh Audubon park, how I miss you!!! Truly an amazing and gorgeous part of the city. Quiet, clean, gorgeous, and a great escape from the madness of the quarter. The tree's are soooo beautiful, and walking all the way around you really get to see some amazing homes. Great people watching, and a great place to re-charge after a night...

A nice place for a stroll and to see the Mississippi. We saw many turtles and many birds including a variety of ducks, a white heron and swans. There was a play ground here also.
Might not compete with the big-name zoos, but with a 3-year old grandson it was great ! Fried catfish better than most hot dogs !!!
This was a very clean park. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper but it was the end of the weekend so what do you expect? TheLabyrinth was so very special. Set in amongst the trees and the childrens play areas you'd never even have known it was there. I'm so grateful that my daughter - in - law brought...

This park is well taken care of. The loop goes around the golf course & bird pond. We enjoy going for a Sunday stroll.
If you're visiting the Zoo I highly recommend taking the St. Charles Street Trolley and walking through the Park. It's beautiful and really relaxing
Pretty park, nice golf course with a paved multi use trail. A good place to get away from the French Quarter. Little confusing since the aquarium and butterfly garden aren't in the same location.
