This was the first time I had ever ridden a trolley. It was cheap and the staff was friendly and it was fun.We went in the winter time and the whole city was lite up for Christmas. We were amazed :)

It is convenient to use, and nice to just ride around in the trolley since parking is difficult to get in Gatlinburg, but if you get motion sick like my daughter then you end up walking because it is bumpy in the way that affects her.

Trolleys are neat and clean. Drivers informative. There are several routes, each color coded. Pay by the ride or purchase a $2.00 all day pass. Schedules are not posted, but trolleys run fairly frequently.

Cheapest ride in Gatlinburg...seriously!! Drivers are very helpful and friendly, passengers are very nice, air conditioned, and you dont have to worry about fighting the traffic, let the driver do it for you!!

Once I found out about the trolley my car did not leave the parking lot until late at night, because the trolley stops at 10pm. Trolley is always on time and is so comfortable and clean. My hotel was a distance from the hot spots in gatlinburg but the trolley came to my hotel front door so that solved that... More

This trolley picked us up right at Fairfield Inn where we stayed and dropped us off in the heart of the action for fifty cents. Awesome

Took 2 days to discover the trolley service but it did not go where we wanted to go and most was not running during the dates we were there. Spent sever hours on the trolleys spending about 15 dollars to go no ware..

The trolley is a lifesaver after walking for hours. It is also Fun to ride and entertaining also. Some of the drivers are funny.
